I agree to the terms and conditions. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your space. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Refunds: Vendor fees are non-refundable. You may transfer your space to an approved vendor with 14 days’ notice.

  2. Setup/Breakdown: Vendors must set up and break down during designated times.

  3. Space: Includes a 6-foot table and two chairs. Bring your own display materials.

  4. Conduct: Products must be appropriate for a professional audience. Organizers reserve the right to refuse participation.

  5. Liability: Organizers and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
